Hostel Management Process
Inquiry and Discussion
The HR representative will contact us to discuss available accommodation options, location preferences, capacity requirements, and any other inquiries they may have.
Quotation and Proposal
Based on the initial discussion, we will then submit a formal quotation and proposal outlining room types, rental rates, facilities provided, and terms of stay for the workers.
Confirmation and Payment
Upon agreement, the necessary documentation is submitted, and payment is made according to the agreed terms to secure the accommodation.
Hostel Viewing
A hostel will then be set up within at least a month for a site visit for the HR or employer representative to inspect the dormitory facilities and ensure that safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements are met.
Move In
Transportation is arranged for the workers to bring them to the approved dormitory to be officially moved in. Once settled in, a briefing will be done for workers, detailing rules, regulations and arrangements for them.
Warden On-Duty
A dedicated warden is assigned to the dormitory to oversee daily operations, maintain order, and serve as a point of contact for both the workers and employer representatives for any issues or updates.
