AP Aras Baru, formerly known as HK Maju Jaya Enterprise, is a licensed company (License C JTKSM 384 C) under the Department of Labour, Peninsular Malaysia, Ministry of Human Resources. Since 1990, we have specialised in local and foreign manpower recruitment, hostel management, and worker transportation, serving both local companies and multinational corporations in the Northern Region of Peninsular Malaysia.

For over three decades, AP Aras Baru has been a leading provider of comprehensive HR solutions, specialising in three core management services: Local and Foreign Manpower Recruitment, One-stop Hostel and Transportation Management.

Our Evolution

With over 30 years of experience, AP Aras Baru has grown into a trusted provider of turnkey HR solutions for a wide range of industries. From our humble beginning as a ‘Bas Kilang’ transport service to now providing a full spectrum of services for our partners.

1987

Aras Baru, formerly known as HK Maju Jaya Enterprise, began with a mission, moving Malaysia workforce with safe, reliable “Bas Kilang” transport service.

1992

Aras Baru grew beyond transport and began to assist in hiring quality talents for manufacturing or production businesses.

2002

Aras Baru became an officially licensed agency and was granted License-C by JTKSM, which allows for local and foreign recruitment.

2010

Aras Baru further expanded its operational framework to include hostel management for foreign workers’ needs for accommodation.

2014

Aras Baru expanded our reach, connecting industries with skilled foreign workers and building global workforce bridges.

2022

AP Aras Baru strengthened its dedication to environmental and social governance (ESG) by introducing green transport initiatives, sustainable hostel management, and community-focused CSR programs.
